Protein Baobab Balls
These tasty, satisfyingly sweet protein rich balls are easy to make, raw and full of all the good stuff! A combination of different nuts adds a real protein kick, while the Baobab powder adds a nutritious zingy tang and madjool dates give a real satisfying sweetness.
1/3 cup of soaked cashew nuts
6 soaked medjool dates
1/3 cup of @afyauk baobab powder
1/3 cup of @clearspringuk flax protein powder
1/3 cup of ground almonds
1/3 cup of plant milk (or more if the mixture is too dry)
1/4 tsp of himalyan salt
blend together and roll in the mixture of seeds and ground almonds.
They are a delicious little snack, great post-workout treat or something healthy and nutritious to nibble on when you feel peckish 🙂
