Baobab & Granola Energy Bars

These bars will last for a week, or even a bit more. And they, packed full of healthy goodies and are SERIOUSLY delicious 🙂.

1/3 cup of @afyauk baobab powder
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of @pipandnut almond butter
1/4 cup of @sunitafinefoods dark tahini
Pinch of @steenbergsltd Himalayan salt
All whisked together until really smooth and well combined.
In a different bowl:
1 cup of @flahavans oats
1 cup of @bionaorganic amaranth pops
4 Tbs of pumpkin seeds
4 Tbs of hemp seeds
1/3 cup of @thetigernutcompany tiger nut flour
Pinch of @steenbergsltd Himalayan salt
1/3 cup of raisins
1/2 cup of toasted hazelnuts
All mixed together and then combined and mixed with the tahini mixture before pressed evenly over a tray lined with baking sheet.
Then left to cool for few hours before slicing.
